How can we improve MailTime for iOS?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  3. Slow downloading of emails.

    I love the bubble message idea. And is one of the best layouts i have used.

    But sometimes i dont get new emails or takes ages to download.

    It really needs to download in the background at set intervals moe reliably and also to update instantly manually from opening the app.

    Please fix.

  4. No notification

    I am not getting any notifications as the app hasn't been refreshing in the background. I've been using the app for a couple of days now and have not received one notification that I have a new e-mail. What is going on here?

  5. Sending email problem

    Hi Support,

    I am mostly using Outlook.com mail account but until the latest version still encountering sending problems both via standard gsm data (HSDPA) or even Wifi. How to resolve this issues?

  6. Chats are not deleted and there is no way to delete a single message in the chat!

    Good day! I have a Yandex mail account. Currently, I can't delete several chats in the Mail Time app on iOS, as they are constantly being restored, but in fact, these chats don't exist, because I deleted them through Yandex service, and only the Mail Time Pro app can see these chats.In confirmation of this, I send you scans of the application, which shows that these chats are in both incoming and remote Mail time Pro at the same time, as well as sending you scans from the Yndex.Mail, where it is reflected that these messages do not exist at…

  8. Paid to Add another Email account

    I switched out of app for a moment, though when I tried to go back and create it, I was locked out, and told pay .99€ again. If you need to look up passwords in other apps, you must be able to return.

  10. Won't sync automatically

    MailTimes is having fits syncing my Gmail. Outlook has multiple unread emails and MT doesn't have any. Until I manually refresh it. This is not 100% of the time but maybe 50%.

    Just installed the app. Looks great. BUT I am only seeing my side of the conversation.

  14. some text were disappeared

    I set up my gmail account, and I found one e-mail I sent (from other app) , when I read in MailTime pro, part of the text in the middle was gone, even I click on view the whole message. The part was gone was after some ------ lines, I don't have any problem with other email apps. That makes me so scared to use MailTime.

  15. 2 Glitches

    Auto-restart when I shut it down. I swipe the app away and it auto-reloads to open again. I have to kill it about 5 or 6 times before it quits.

    Also, it's just frozen now when it opens.

  18. There are some problems with importing AddressBook

    I use it in Japanese.
    The first problem is that when MailTime synchronizes with the address book, only one email address per person is imported.
    In my address book, some people have more than two email addresses per person, but MailTime imports only the email address registered at the top.

    The second problem is order of first name and last name. In the Japanese environment, it is displayed in order of last name - name, but MailTime reads in reverse.

    I want to import multiple mail addresses of one person at the same time. I want to properly import names…

  19. Inbox showing archived emails

    Upon opening the app for the first time I saw a ton of emails from wayyyy back that I had archived in other apps showing up in my inbox. Would be nice for this glitch to be fixed
