   The Devs replied to me, here is what they said:

   We use machine learning technology to sort those important mail. The app will study your behaviour. You just need to "reply" that mail once.
   All future emails from them will be in your important.

   Or simply add the sender to your contacts, further mails sent by the sender will appear in important
