Ability to "Star" an email

Gmail has this ability to "star" an email as important. Please allow this feature that also will show up in the desktop Gmail as "starred" email.

    Star and pin to top please! Star for "bookmarked" emails and pin to top for urgent emails so they're the first thing you see when you check your inbox. Like in Spark (by Readdle) and Outlook

    Please we need the feature as sleek as possible so that my/our thumb in replying messages is easily accessed especially when driving (in a 200 mi./hr).
