How can we improve MailTime for iOS?

Load emails before app is in foreground

Every time I switch to the app I have to wait for my emails to load - you should use the background fetch process to load emails while the app is in the background so there isn't a delay before I can actually see my emails.

Or include the metadata of the email in the push notification and download the body when the app is active.

Hello all, in the past few months, we’ve been working hard on both the front end and the back end to bring you a better version of MailTime. This time, we’ve answered all of your suggestions and requests. We added support to ALL email providers, improved the push notification service, rebuilt the MailTime engine so it syncs emails 10 times faster and more!

    My thought is this - your customers have asked for this since at least 2015. That's too long to be in consideration. Either tell everyone you're not going to do it, or tell them you are.

    Me too! Deleted it once coz it's slow to load and send. Installed it again after 2 months, items still same.

    Please add this feature! I use mailtime just so I don't need multiple apps for email but it's really annoying when I have to open the app just to check if there is new mail.

    I was wondering if I was the only with this problem but I see I'm not. Great app but way to slow to load emails and as someone else mentioned emails sometimes don't push through.

    Yes. Please do something about this slow loading issue.
    The app is actually fantastic and easy to use. Only trouble is loading emails takes very long!!!

    I love idea of mailtime but loading is really slow or never get new email sometimes.

    I have even worst situation. That many time after open app long time, no email is loaded. I have to close app and reopen to get new mails. Very annoyed.
