create guides for logging into outlook and office 365. I can't log in abd I don't understand what an IMAP or SMTP host name is.
i have tried to google the host name. but everytime I enter it it comes out as an error message. The message is also unhelpful as it sinply stated an error occured. would like it if it would specify what type of error was occurring. (wrong password, invalid hostname etc)

I had to set up one office 365 account manually, while the other was automatic. It must have something to do with server side permissions as I have the same issue when setting up IMAP in other apps and desktop such as Mail Bird, Outlook and Thunderbird.

@Rahpael, could you send your email to us. We are also trying to figure out logging process for the office 365. Normally, outlook account would directly goes to the log-in page without having to input host name stuff. I guess you have a customized host name which is not recognized by us.
