Themes for MailTime
A nice (though not essential) feature to have is the ability to change the look of the app. Maybe start off with color themes (like white text over black background for those who read mail in the dark), then add photos as background. Maybe even start a Theme Store for people to upload/buy themes?

I really love the chat part. It just i hate the colors. Really i need the night mood because i read all my email in bed before I sleep.

Bright white backgrounds can be harmful to the eyes as well. Consider doing it for health reasons
