Hidden Signatures
Send signatures on our behalf, but invisible to us.
Text messages work for speed but are often curt. It is good to have the speed but looking like we put more into the message than we actually did. A signature can assist and are often considered appropriate communication manners for work related messages.

Since talking about work related issues, how about grouping together names (example: Work Conversations, Play Conversations, etc.) so that easily pushed when problem arises (ex: A Change of Venue) & took place.
